Project Engineer

Job Duties:

Responsible for planning, installation, execution, & monitoring of site work by guiding technicians upon the approved project’s plan.

Pre-implementation:

  • Cooperate with the technical office to review projects’ plans (drawings).
  • Analyze project data (maps, drawings, and delivery date) to set the initial timetable plan.

Site work:

  • Obtain all necessary permissions for trucks and labor access and use of lifts.
  • Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
  • Assign work tasks among the project team in a balanced way based on work needs.
  • Conduct on-site investigations to ensure site operations are running according to plan.
  • Perform periodic quality control assessments to ensure that work is carried out as per drawings & with high quality.
  • Ensure health and safety precautions are applied on site.
  • Support, manage, and motivate project team members to achieve the project’s overall objectives as planned.
  • Resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies on site.
  • Manage the entire project’s processes in close collaboration with partners.

Reporting & analysis:

  • Prepare reports regularly reflecting site updates and progress as and when required.
  • Provide weekly reports with site expenses.
  • Report any damages or losses to Logistics by issuing a detailed damage/missing report; follow it up until replacement is delivered and installed.

Qualifications &Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design &Furniture.
  • Having PMP is a plus, having a car is a must.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Good user of MS Office, and Auto CAD.
  • Very good command in English.
