Job Description
- Execute and oversee production plans across multiple lines.
- Ensure compliance with time, quality, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Support in identifying and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
- Monitor waste rates and work on reducing production scrap.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, safety, and quality
Job Requirements
- Engineering background (preferred in the office furniture field).
- 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and waste reduction techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
